Frequently Asked Questions
What requirements do I have to meet to be able to train?
My personal training sessions are suitable for everyone and are individually adapted to your fitness level. No matter whether you are already fit or just starting out - the training is tailored specifically to you. Physical limitations, such as illness, injury, surgery or pregnancy, are of course also taken into account. At the beginning of the training, we carry out a detailed initial anamnesis to take your current fitness level and possible limitations into account. The only requirement for training with me is that you want to move and promote your health!
Which equipment do I need for the online sessions at home?
For your online training at home, you need a smartphone, tablet or laptop with a webcam and a stable internet connection. If you exercise in a noisy environment, wireless headphones with a microphone can be helpful to improve communication. If you already have training equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands or an exercise ball, I will integrate these into your training. Otherwise, we can start with body weight training, which requires no additional equipment.
Tip: A training mat is advantageous, as are comfortable clothing and, if necessary, sports shoes - or even barefoot, depending on your preference and training session.
How long is a personal online training session?
An individual training session with me usually lasts 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed. Before you start your online training, we take 30 minutes (free of charge) to get to know each other, discuss your goals and take a personal anamnesis.
Can we also train with two or three people?
Yes, absolutely! I'm happy when you work with training partners so that you can motivate each other. This is possible both in online training and in live training. You can either train together at the same location or connect from different locations. It is important that all participants have similar training equipment so that we can complete the same training.
Tip: If you would like to train with friends or family, just write me for an individual small group offer.
What happens if I cannot complete all training units within the specified duration?
I am flexible and always willing to talk! For example, if you need to take a break from training due to a planned holiday or injury, we can easily pause your contract and add the remaining time after your return or recovery to your original contract term. Alternatively, you can find someone to cover your remaining hours for you if you can't take them.
